This section includes our store's Terms and Conditions as well as some of our frequently asked questions
Q: Are your products authentic?
A: Yes! All our products are purchased from authorized retailers and are 100% authentic. For most items, the original receipt is available upon request. We do not deal with early release sneakers from Asia or sneakers purchased from non-authorized channels.
Q: What payment method do you accept? Is it secure?
A: Our store currently accepts all major credit cards through PayPal. Your transaction is completely secure and backed by PayPal's buyer protection. Once you add an item to your cart and checkout, it will take you to a secure log in screen for your PayPal account.
Q: How much is shipping and how long will it take to ship my order?
A: Shipping is $10 for the first item and $5 for each additional item. We typically process all orders within 1 business day (excluding weekends and holidays). Please note, on some occasion, we may ship your order in multiple packages at no additional charge to you.
Q: What is your return policy?
A: Unfortunately, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges. We also do not accept returns for manufacturer flaws such as glue stains, inconsistent leather quality and other quality control issues. The shoe you receive from us are exactly how we received it from the manufacturer or their authorized retail partners.
Q: How do you price your products?
A: We strive to give our customers the best price possible. However, due to the limited availability of certain products, the price is determined by the current market.
Q: Are your prices negotiable?
A: No, the prices you see on the site is the price for the product.
Q: Do you offer any bulk discounts or additional savings for buying multiple products?
A: Unfortunately, we do not offer any discounts at this time. Occasionally, we may mark shoes down so follow us on Twitter for the latest updates.
Q: I purchased an item from your site that showed as available but I was refunded. Why?
A: We frequently post our inventory on eBay and our website may not update in time to reflect recently sold items from eBay. If an item is oversold, a refund will promptly be issued to you. Additionally, we may choose to refund your order if you pay with an unconfirmed shipping address.
Q: Do you accept trades?
A: Sorry, we do not accept trades.
Q: Do you take pre-orders?
A: Occasionally, we will take a limited number of preorder for an upcoming release. All preorders ship on release date or if we secure pairs online, after we receive them from the retailer. Follow us on Twitter @Solecali for the latest updates of new products.
